Our Blue Mountain coffee is sourced from a collectorate of small emerging growers in the Blue Mountains. Traceability is guaranteed.

These farms under the JCGA banner are situated at various elevations between 2000 and 4500ft, and all of the coffee is hand picked. The coffee trees are visited up to 20 times over the harvesting period, ensuring that only the very ripest cherries are harvested, then pulped and fermented with natural spring water.
